Strategy Overview

This vault gives stablecoin users access to private credit strategies linked to real business financing needs.

Across the real economy, businesses often need capital before their cashflows arrive. This can include receivables waiting to be collected, supplier payments that need to be made, inventory cycles that need funding, or short-term operating expenses that cannot wait for the next revenue cycle.

The vault allocates capital into defined private credit opportunities where borrowers pay for access to liquidity over a short financing period. Returns are generated from the financing spread paid by real-world counterparties, then reflected back through the vault according to its terms.

The strategy targets ~12.5% APY, with capital deployed into shorter-cycle credit opportunities rather than long-duration lending exposure.

How the Strategy Works

Users deposit USDC into the vault through an onchain wallet experience. Vault capital is then allocated into private credit facilities connected to real business activity. These facilities may support working capital, receivables-backed financing, trade-related funding, or other short-term liquidity needs where repayment is linked to expected cashflows.

Borrowers use the capital for a defined period and pay a financing cost for that access. Once the financing cycle completes and the borrower repays, the return flows back through the vault structure.

Toknex Vaults operate with a 21-day settlement period, giving time for capital deployment, repayment processing and yield reflection before withdrawals are completed.

Yield Source

The yield comes from businesses paying for short-term access to capital. Instead of relying on token emissions or market speculation, this strategy is built around real-world credit demand. A borrower needs liquidity for a defined business purpose, capital is provided through the vault strategy, and the financing spread becomes the source of return.

Summary
